So it's over, the silent auction that is. I don't know if there will be many pictures since a certain someone's sister seemed to have some issues. I really am wishing that I took my camera, but at the same time I really did just enjoy the night. I barely remember much of it because I was so busy. Every single thing sold except the Crystal Pool passes, which was kind of funny. Everyone that came had an awesome time. Quynne and Alex hung out the whole night, then we went out afterwards.
Will got an amazing $13.00 haircut, now he'll never go back. I think it was the best one he ever had. And I had one of the worst haircuts ever, but it's only because the woman didn't speak English very well and she thought for some strange reason, that the hair by my ears should for some reason be cut as part of my bangs. How does that make any sense?
I was very stressed out during the haircut because it took two hours and everyone was texting me and we had the kegs in the car.
We didn't go to school on Friday except to hand in bursary applications. Oh, how I could use one of those. We picked up the kegs and prepped for the fundraiser. I definitely was stressed out although I really didn't want to be. It all happened because of the haircut.
But we had over 100 people there, and all the booze sold out by 11:15. Janna and Brianna were our bar tenders all night. Sarah's parents watched the door, and we were free to socailize. A lot of people left as soon as the auction items were sold, but the few that stayed had an awesome time.
Everyone was really impressed by Kyle and Glenn, and Stagger Wild was awesome. Chris just topped off the night for those of us that wanted to dance.
We had the place cleaned up by 12, and went out.
On Saturday we met up with Quynne, Alex, and Kyle for breakfast at the James Bay Tea House which was awesome. Their scones are amazing. Quynne and Alex took us back to the car, and we came back to the house to get changed since we were doing the walk of shame all morning.
We met up with L. D. and A. downtown and walked around.
Sunday L. W. and I went to the museum and saw the Wildlife Photography exhibition which was awesome. I got a bit of work done, but not enough to stop me from stressing out today.
Will dropped off the kegs for us this morning before heading back up island. I just handed in my Lit. assignment, finished my History assignment, and Jayne and I have been struggling away on our Drama assignment. We also taught a music lesson today.
We still have to finish P.E., teach a drama lesson, go to Braefoot one last time, do two take home exams, edit the history paper, and a myriad of other things I don't want to think about. But for now I am going to relax, and then I can stress again tomorrow.
